Another successful Kick-Off Session for our Virtual Batch of From Compliance to Courage

Last night, we kicked off From Compliance to Courage with the RP team, one company, one shared space, and many honest voices coming together.

What stood out right away was the energy. There was warmth, openness, and a genuine willingness to participate. People showed up not just to listen, but to reflect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

We intentionally design these sessions to feel safe. A space where leaders don’t have to perform, where stories are welcomed, and where learning happens through real conversations, not just content on slides. Seeing participants lean in, speak up, and support each other reminded us why this work matters.

This was only the beginning, and already, the shift was visible. From holding back to speaking with more confidence. From simply attending to truly engaging.

We’re grateful to the RP team for trusting the process and showing up with openness and courage. Excited to continue this journey together and see how these conversations ripple into their teams and day to day leadership. 💚💜

EmergePH Social Impact Commitment (2025)

EmergePH exists to inspire and support people in the Philippines to unleash more of their human potential.

With this mission always in mind, we made a clear decision last year.

To formally embed tangible social impact into our core business model, not as an add-on or a one-time effort, but as a permanent commitment.

Here’s what that looked like in practice:

Through our partnership with B1G1, every paid program we deliver automatically generates one week of vocational training for underprivileged women in the Philippines.

In 2025 alone, this resulted in 170 weeks of vocational training provided, built directly into our client work and not dependent on donations or campaigns.

We also provided 11 scholarship seats to learners from our NGO partners, FTW Foundation and Virtualahan .

In total, 1,350 learners were upskilled.
- 216 participants from paid programs
- 1,134 participants from FREE workshops and masterclasses

Through our partnership with Virtualahan:
- 9 learners joined a one-month internship program
- 3 people were hired into part-time roles

Are these numbers massive?

No.

But they are real, measurable, and intentional, and that matters deeply to us.

This is our starting point.

And this approach is now permanently built into how EmergePH operates.

🎄✨ EmergePH Team Year End Party

Our team recently came together for our year end party in Tanay, Rizal, and the time we shared there was truly special.

As a remote team, moments like this matter even more. Taking the time to gather, connect, and simply enjoy each other’s company is how we take care of our people and the relationships that hold us together.

Teammates came from different parts of the Philippines just to be present. We shared laughter, stories, meals, and real conversations. It was a beautiful reminder that culture isn’t built only through work, it’s built through connection and samahan.

Cheers to the year we’re closing, the relationships we continue to nurture, and the year ahead that we’re stepping into together. 🥂💚💜

We just successfully kicked off another session of the From Compliance to Courage program and now with the the Senior Leadership Team of RealPage, and the energy in the room set the tone for a powerful journey ahead.

This kickoff session reminded us that real culture change begins with leaders who are willing to pause, reflect, and lean into the conversations that truly matter. And this group showed up with openness, curiosity, and a genuine desire to grow not just as leaders, but as humans.

We’re excited to walk alongside the RealPage Senior Leadership Team as they move toward more courageous, intentional, and human centered leadership in the weeks ahead.
