TO ALL NBI CLEARANCE APPLICANTS

Please be informed that the NBI server has been fully repaired, restored, and successfully reinstalled by the NBI Main Office. Normal operations and processing of transactions have officially resumed.

Accordingly, all pending transactions and unclaimed NBI Clearances with HIT remarks dated from January to April 2026 are now available for release and claiming.

Applicants may proceed to our office during regular working hours and are advised to present their reference number together with a valid identification card for verification purposes.

We extend our sincere gratitude for your patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the period of system downtime. Thank you for your continued trust in our office.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Mati Satellite Office informs the public that NBI Clearance processing has officially resumed today, April 10, 2026.

All applicants may now proceed with their transactions. Those who were unable to complete their applications during the previous downtime are advised to return and continue the processing of their applications.

Please be guided accordingly and arrive early to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of transactions.
