BASIC YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING | APAYAO STATE COLLEGE

RISE BEYOND: "Empowering Young Minds to Learn, Persevere, and Turn Dreams into a Brighter Future."

Led by our beloved Vice Governor Kyle Mariah Chelsea S. Bulut-Cunan, the Basic Youth Leadership Training aims to empower young minds to become responsible and inspiring leaders. Although she was unable to personally attend, her Executive Assistant, Mr. Mark Louie, delivered her inspirational message to the participants.

It was also my pleasure to share a short message with the Criminology students of Apayao State College–Conner Campus. I am grateful for the opportunity to encourage these young individuals to believe in themselves, persevere through challenges, and continue striving toward their dreams. May they rise beyond their limitations and become future leaders who serve with purpose and integrity.

OCTOBER 5-9, 2026 LOCAL HEALTH BOARD TRAINING | CLARK, PAMPANGA

As Chairperson of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committee on Health, I took part in the LeadGov4Health Training in Clark, Pampanga, with my fellow delegates from Apayao: Provincial Health Officer II Dr. Mark Joleen M. Calban, Provincial Administrator Arnold Castillo, Dr. Roy Julian, Dr. Karizza Joie Lacambra-Hurtado, UHC Coordinator Markrobin E. Daguio, Provincial Accountant Sherwin Agudelo, PDOHO DMO V Charlyn Tagabing, and DILG LGOO V Chrislene Badival.

The seminar served as a meaningful avenue for exchanging experiences and gaining practical insights with health leaders and representatives from across the Cordillera Administrative Region, deepening our understanding of effective leadership and good governance in the delivery of healthcare services.

Grateful for the knowledge gained and the opportunity to learn alongside fellow delegates as we continue working toward better and more accessible healthcare for every yApayao.

A meaningful gathering that celebrates the voice, strength, and leadership of women in our communities, with the esteemed presence of our beloved Vice Governor Hon. Kyle Mariah Chelsea Bulut-Cunan.

Hindi lang tayo basta babae—kaya rin nating manguna, magsalita, at gumawa ng pagbabago.

Also, briefly joined the Inauguration of the Tourism Pathway in Barangay Ili, a meaningful step toward promoting local tourism and community development.

Two different activities, but both remind us of the importance of women who lead and communities that continue to grow. 💜

It was a challenging and exciting game—some are still learning, while others are already pros. But beyond winning or losing, what matters most is the happiness, camaraderie, and excitement we share on the court.
