Cotabato City Command Conference for the 2026 BARMM Parliamentary Election

The Cotabato City Fire Station-BARMM, under the leadership of FSINSP ZULFICAR ANAYATIN CASERES, ME, Acting City Fire Marshal, was represented by SF03 HEXTER JAN C. CADAVERO during the Cotabato City Command Conference for the 2026 BARMM Parliamentary Election held at Alnor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City.

The conference gathered uniformed personnel and representatives from the BFP, PNP, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Army, and LGU Cotabato City to discuss preparations, security arrangements, logistics, and other operational concerns for the upcoming election.

The activity highlighted the importance of unity, coordination, and inter-agency cooperation in ensuring a safe and peaceful election.

03 September 2026 | New City Fire Marshal Strengthens Coordination with LGU Cotabato City

The Cotabato City Fire Station-BARMM, under the leadership of FSINSP ZULFICAR ANAYATIN CASERES, ME, City Fire Marshal, conducted a station visit and courtesy visits to key offices of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Cotabato City, including the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐆), 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐁𝐏𝐋𝐎), 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞.

The Cotabato City Fire Station-BARMM, under the leadership of FSINSP ZULFICAR A. CASERES, ME, City Fire Marshal, conducted a Fire Safety Lecture and Drill at United Doctors Hospital, Cotabato City.

The activity aimed to strengthen fire safety awareness and emergency preparedness among hospital personnel by emphasizing proper fire prevention measures, emergency response procedures, and the correct actions to take in case of fire.

The Cotabato City Fire Station welcomed its newly assigned City Fire Marshal, FSINSP ZULFICAR A. CASERES, ME, as he presided over his first personnel meeting with all CCFPS personnel.

The meeting focused on updates and announcements, personnel concerns, and other matters, providing an opportunity to establish clear communication, address concerns, and strengthen coordination among the station personnel.
