Minister Sinolinding Welcomes Opening of New Dialysis Center to Improve Renal Health Services

COTABATO CITY - Pharmagem Inc. Dialysis Center officially opened its doors through a ribbon-cutting ceremony and blessing at its facility located in front of DeAr Center, Earth Street, Zenaida Subdivision, Cotabato City.

The opening marks another milestone in expanding access to quality renal replacement therapy for patients with chronic kidney disease. The facility complements the continuing efforts of the Ministry of Health–Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, under the leadership of Health Minister Dr. Kadil Sinolinding Jr., to strengthen specialized healthcare services across the Bangsamoro Region.

The Ministry recognizes the important role of private healthcare providers in improving access to safe, quality, and patient-centered dialysis services, ensuring that more Bangsamoro constituents receive essential care closer to their communities InshaAllah. The official opening was held on August 3, 2026 at Pharmagem Inc. Dialysis Center, In front of DeAr Center, Moon Street, Zenaida Subdivision, Cotabato City.

Health Minister Sinolinding Inspires Young Leaders at 4th Bangsamoro Youth Parliament

COTABATO CITY, July 28, 2026 — Bangsamoro Minister of Health and Member of Parliament Dr. Kadil "Jojo" Sinolinding Jr. served as of the speakers during the 4th Bangsamoro Youth Parliament Pinning Ceremony and Fellowship Night held at the KCC Convention and Event Center, with the theme, "Bangsamoro Youth at the Forefront of Moral Governance: Building Peace, Inclusion, and Meaningful Participation."

In his message, Minister Sinolinding shared his journey in public service and emphasized that true leadership is rooted in integrity, resilience, and selfless service. He encouraged the young leaders to uphold the IKHLAS Principles of Public Service and Leadership as they take on their roles in advancing peace, good governance, and meaningful participation in the Bangsamoro.

He concluded by urging the new youth parliamentarians to lead with purpose, compassion, and excellence as they help shape a stronger and more progressive Bangsamoro In sha Allah.

Health Minister Dr. Kadil Jojo Sinolinding, Jr., DPBO, joined the Nutrition Month 2026 Culmination Program in Brgy. Buliok, Ligawasan, Special Geographic Area BARMM, reaffirming the Ministry of Health's commitment to promoting nutrition and strengthening primary healthcare.

The activity also featured a Medical Mission under the BHOPE Program and PhilHealth Registration Caravan in partnership with the BTA–Office of MP Dr. Kadil Jojo Sinolinding, Jr., DPBO, PhilHealth, and Deseret Surgi-Med Hospital, expanding access to essential health services and PhilHealth enrolment for Bangsamoro residents. The Bangsamoro Government headed by the Interem Chief Minister Abduraof Macacua through the Health Minister Dr.Jojo Sinolinding Jr, DPBO led the turnover of health infrastructure and medical assistance amounting to 21.4 million to strengthen healthcare services in the Bangsamoro region on July 22, 2026 in Cotabato City.

12.9 million worth of medical assistance was provided to the Cotabato Regional and Medical Center, while 3.5 million was granted to the Iranon Provincial Hospital under the Transitional Development Impact Fund 2026 Supplemental Fund.

The Ministry also turned over a 5-million Operations Center to the Ministry of Health-Special Geographic Area Field Health Office (MOH-SGAFHO), funded under the General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro (GAAB).

The initiative reinforces the Bangsamoro Government's commitment to improving health service delivery and strengthening healthcare facilities across the region.

Through the Ministry of Health (MOH), the Bangsamoro Government provided P12.9 million worth of medical assistance to the Cotabato Regional and Medical Center (CRMC) and P3.5 million to the Iranon Provincial Hospital under the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) 2026 Supplemental Fund.

A P5-million Operations Center (OPCEN) was also turned over to the Ministry of Health–Special Geographic Area Field Health Office (MOH-SGAFHO) under the General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro (GAAB) fund.

Dr. Kadil "Jojo" Sinolinding Jr. Responds to Circulating Campaign Material Questioning His Public Roles

COTABATO CITY — Naglabas ng pahayag ang kampo ni Dr. Kadil "Jojo" Sinolinding Jr. kaugnay ng campaign material na kumakalat sa social media na kumukuwestiyon sa kanyang kasalukuyang mga tungkulin sa pamahalaan habang siya ay tumatakbo bilang District Representative ng SGA District 2.

Ayon sa pahayag, ang kanyang kandidatura ay sumusunod sa umiiral na mga batas at regulasyon sa halalan, at anumang kinakailangang hakbang kaugnay ng kanyang panunungkulan ay isasagawa alinsunod sa mga itinakda ng batas at ng mga kinauukulang ahensya.

Iginiit din ng kanyang kampo na ang kanyang karanasan sa pamamahala ng sektor ng kalusugan at bilang miyembro ng Bangsamoro Parliament ay nagbigay sa kanya ng kakayahan sa paggawa ng polisiya at paghahatid ng serbisyong publiko.

"Ang sukatan ng isang lingkod-bayan ay hindi ang dami ng responsibilidad na kanyang hinawakan, kundi ang kalidad ng serbisyong naibibigay niya sa mamamayan," ayon sa pahayag.
