NOTICE TO ALL BANGSAMORO MINISTRIES, OFFICES, AND AGENCIES

Pursuant to Bangsamoro Treasury Circular No. 2026-004, all Bangsamoro MOAs, including their provincial and field offices, are encouraged to apply for authority to open Pass-Through Accounts with the Land Bank of the Philippines for the electronic payment and remittance of mandatory government deductions.

Concerned offices are reminded to submit the required documents to the Bangsamoro Treasury Office, including the Request for Authority to Open Bank Account, Undertaking, Waiver of Confidentiality, and other supporting documents.

To: All Ministries, Offices, and Agencies, including Provincial and Field Offices

Please be informed that the Cash Reversion of all BTSD Accounts is scheduled on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

In this regard, all concerned offices are requested to ensure that all check advices for issued checks are received by their respective Land Bank of the Philippines branches before the scheduled cash reversion.

This is to prevent the reversion of funds intended for checks that have already been issued.

Technical panels from the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Management (MFBM) administered an in-depth review and assessment of the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget of the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs (MIPA), the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), and the Bangsamoro Science High School (BSHS), continuing the effort to ensure judicious allocation of financial resources in the BARMM, as well as alignment of the proposed programs and projects with the Bangsamoro Government’s development priorities.

The 2026 Bangsamoro Local Revenue Collection Forum, held in partnership with GCash and Landbank of the Philippines, underscored efforts to modernize collection processes and boost local revenue generation as part of Bangsamoro region’s push for greater fiscal autonomy.

In his message, Interim Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua stressed that revenue collection is closely tied to public trust and responsible governance.
