Ipinakikilala ng BGC ang aming Party Nominee mula sa Lanao del Sur. Kilalanin si Alirakim Tocalo Munder.

Si Alirakim Tocalo Munder ay isang abogado, lingkod-bayan, at kasalukuyang Member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) Parliament na nagmula sa Bubong, Lanao del Sur. Siya ay nagtapos ng Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) sa University of the East at matagumpay na nakapasa sa Philippine Bar Examination. Bago pumasok sa pampublikong serbisyo, nagsilbi rin siya bilang Associate Lawyer, na nagbigay sa kanya ng matibay na pundasyon sa batas, pamamahala, at pagsusulong ng kapakanan ng mamamayan.

Sa kanyang panunungkulan bilang Miyembro ng BTA Parliament, naging aktibo siya sa pagsusulong at pagsuporta sa mga panukalang batas na nakatuon sa kapakanan ng kabataan at kababaihan, habang patuloy na isinusulong ang mabuting pamamahala at mas matatag na mga institusyon sa Bangsamoro.

Ang kanyang mga adbokasiya ay nakatuon sa rule of law at good governance, dekalidad na serbisyong pangkalusugan at edukasyon, pagpapalakas ng kabataan at kababaihan, pangangalaga sa karapatang pantao, transparency at accountability, pangangalaga sa kalikasan, at pagsusulong ng sustainable development. Hangad niyang makapagpatibay ng mga batas at programang magbibigay ng pantay na oportunidad at magpapatuloy sa pag-unlad ng bawat komunidad sa Bangsamoro.

Naniniwala si Alirakim Tocalo Munder na ang isang makatarungan, responsable, at people-centered na pamahalaan ang susi sa pagbuo ng isang mas mapayapa, mas maunlad, at mas inklusibong Bangsamoro para sa kasalukuyan at sa mga susunod na henerasyon.

On the Start of the Campaign Period for the First BARMM Parliamentary Elections

As the campaign period for the first BARMM Parliamentary Elections officially begins, the BARMM Grand Coalition calls on all Bangsamoro voters to actively participate in this historic democratic exercise.

Throughout the campaign, BGC will prioritize town hall meetings and community engagements to educate our people on the importance of voting, understanding the parliamentary system, and making informed choices on Election Day.

This election is more than a political contest. It is an opportunity to strengthen the institutions of the Bangsamoro and build a more accountable, inclusive, and responsive government for future generations.

We also call on all candidates and supporters to uphold a peaceful, respectful, and issues-based campaign. Together, let us ensure that the first BARMM Parliamentary Elections reflect the aspirations and democratic values of the Bangsamoro people.

The 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 aim to pass the proposed 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 within the May or June session of the Bangsamoro Parliament, as it undergoes plenary debate and interpellation.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐌𝐏 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐦 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 described the measure as a key fiscal reform to strengthen revenue generation, improve tax administration, and support sustainable regional development.

The committee is also advancing priority bills on Zakat and income tax integration, public-private partnerships, and the Amanah Chain (A-Chain) system. Public consultations and hearings are scheduled in May and June to refine these measures.

During the meeting, 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐚 was elected vice chair, and the committee adopted its internal rules and procedures.

The 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐏 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐦 𝐓. 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, in partneship with the 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, successfully conducted the 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to different schools and barangays in the municipalities of Bubong and Buadiposo-Buntong.

Through this collaboration, essential sports equipment was provided to help promote active lifestyles, strengthen community engagement, and support the growth of young athletes in our local communities.

Together, we continue to invest in our youth—building not just skills, but discipline, teamwork, and a brighter future for all.
