✅ Incoming 4th-year college student (AY 2026–2027)
✅ Filipino citizen
✅ Must be a resident of Barangay Greenfield
✅ Belongs to a marginalized, low-income, or vulnerable household
✅ At risk of dropping out due to financial constraints
✅ Not a recipient of any other scholarship
✅ Not a beneficiary/member of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)

📃 Cedula (Community Tax Certificate)

📌 Priority may be given to applicants whose families have no member who has completed tertiary education.

💚 SITIO KAMUSTAHAN | Purok Sampaguita 💚

Our “Sitio Kamustahan” was successfully conducted in Purok Sampaguita, bringing together children and young people for a meaningful day of learning, sharing, fellowship, and fun. We are truly grateful to everyone who participated and made this activity a success. Your presence, enthusiasm, and support made the day even more meaningful.

This time, we intentionally chose a small-group discussion approach to create a more personal and comfortable environment where every participant could freely express themselves. Through this setup, we were able to reach our young people more closely, giving the spotlight to those who are usually quiet and shy. We believe that every voice matters, and every young person deserves to be heard.

Through interactive games, group discussions, and engaging activities, we aimed to strengthen camaraderie, encourage teamwork, build self-confidence, and, most importantly, focus on character building and the enhancement of life skills that will guide them as responsible and empowered members of the community.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Barangay Nurse Kathleen for sharing valuable health knowledge and guidance, Pastor Galvez for the inspiring message and spiritual encouragement, and our dedicated Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) for their unwavering support and assistance throughout the activity.

A special thank you also goes to our amazing Youth Volunteers, Mutya ng Arakan Dhazel Rose Micay and Fernandez Sumog-oy Bryanan, for your time, dedication, and passion in serving our community. Your willingness to serve is truly inspiring.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the LGU RHU Arakan for generously sponsoring the food served during the activity. Your support helped make this gathering more meaningful and enjoyable for everyone.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Greenfield recently extended support to selected elementary pupils from Arakan Central Elementary School (ACES), Greenfield Elementary School, and SDA Greenfield.

To ensure that the assistance reached those who need it most, our beneficiary pupils were carefully chosen by their respective school heads and teachers. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication of our educators in helping us make this initiative successful!

Of course, this wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of our barangay officials. A huge and heartfelt thank you to our Kapitan Joenefer Tuble and Barangay Kagawads especially kgd.Petervizon Antoy for always backing the youth council's initiatives and guiding us along the way.
