The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Libis, Culion, Palawan proudly supports the implementation of the Municipal Regulatory Ordinance No. 2000-012: A Curfew Ordinance for Minors. This initiative aims to promote the safety, discipline, and well-being of our youth while encouraging responsible behavior within our community.

We believe that guidance, protection, and cooperation between the youth, parents, and local authorities are essential in building a safer environment for everyone. Let us work together to ensure that our young people grow in a community that values responsibility, respect, and care for one another.

Pumunta ang ating mga SK Members na si Hon. Reyster June Delcano at Hon. Charby Baybay sa pamumuno ng ating SK Chairman na si Hon. Juzper Janus Batuigas upang mag abot ng mga kape, biscuits, at asukal sa mga naka tira Balite ng Sitio Chindonan.

Kasabay nito ang pag bibigay impormasyon sa mga players kung sino ang nais na makilahok para sa darating na Christmas League😇👏

Magandang araw po sa ating lahat, nais po naming ipaalam sa lahat ng ating mga kabarangay na tayo po ay magkakaroon ng Pagpupulong (Meeting) sa darating na Sabado (November 22, 2025) sa ganap na alas dos ng hapon (2:00 pm) sa ating Covered Court para sa darating na Christmas League.

Maaari po na dumalo ang mga nais mag laro o makilahok sa mga sumusunod:

BASKETBALL
- Midget division (12 years old below)
- Bantam division (17 years old below)
- Junior division (18-25 years old)
- Senior (26 years old above)

VOLLEYBALL
- Men
- Women

TABLE TENNIS | Men and Women
- Elementary (12 years old below)
- Secondary (13-18 years old)
