It's been 8 years since he assured her happiness, and counting until it's 12th, he kept it consistent. But in a relationship, everything is not all about being happy.

A teen nova who first won the prestigious reality game show in the Philippines called Pinoy Big Brother dominated the world with her charm. After winning the first teen edition of PBB, Kim made a name for herself in acting and dancing. Making every Filipino to love her.
With various projects, Kim and Xian cross each other's paths. Creating bridges for something unexpected to have. During the filming of their first project together, 'My Binondo Girl', lightning strikes their hearts, creating a magnetic phenomenon hard to detach.
Kim and Xian bound the world with love. Making citizens root for their future lives. Yet, things don't always go as you expect them to.
In November 2023, a rumor astonished the world with the couple's breakup. Did the magnetic field lose an atom? The couple only knew the answer.
Theories and speculations about the end of their relationship dominated the world, including the talk of cheating involving the people who are close to Xian's heart. After a month of silence, the couple confirmed their breakup in separate Instagram posts in December 2023.
"The 12-years of my life with you was the best gift I could ever ask for. We have expressed our love for each other to the fullest and knowing that I got to share those moments with you, knowing our hearts beat as one at one point in our lives is truly something I will cherish for life. Like all good things, it must eventually come to an end. I am grateful for all the moments we shared together. Thank you for all the unconditional love throughout the years. I hope that you will find all the happiness and love you are searching for. You deserve nothing but the best," Xian says.
"We owe our supporters the truth, but we also respect each otherโs time of healing. It was our mutual decision to transition our relationship into what we hope to be a lifelong friendship. To all our supporters, maraming salamat for all the love and understanding. To Xi, thank you for the almost 12 years of beautiful memories together. You will always have a place in my heart. Thank you for showing me what love is," says Kim.
During the second day of the month of growth (May), Xian finally addressed all the allegations and confirmed that he found a new match with Viva Film's senior associate producer, Iris Lee.
Like any couple, Kim and Xian had their ins and outs in the relationship, yet they still try to fix the connection that is fading. The bridge is breaking, but they somehow manage to put bandages on it. Yet, the ramp had finally fallen back, as its base is not sturdy anymore.
