Pursuant to the Memorandum issued by Malacañang regarding implementation of an Alternative Work Arrangement in government offices, the City of Dasmariñas shall observe the prescribed work arrangement accordance with the said Memorandum Circular No.131.

However, please be advised that the Office of the City Civil Registrar remains OPEN on AUGUST 20, 2026 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to accommodate DEATH-RELATED TRANSACTIONS ONLY.

For other civil registry transactions, the public is advised to wait for the resumption of regular office operations.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

In accordance with Executive Order No. 009-s-2026 as provided under Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, please be informed that, effective April 20, 2026 the Office of the City Civil Registrar shall be open to the public from Monday to Thursday, (except holidays), 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Please be further advised that the Office of the City Civil Registrar shall remain open every Friday (except holidays), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EXCLUSIVELY for DEATH- RATED TRANSACTIONS.

We encourage the public to take note of the above schedule and plan their transactions accordingly.

Please be informed that starting Monday, April 20, 2026, the City Government of Dasmariñas will implement the following updated working hours under Executive Order No. 013-s-2026, in line with the existing compressed workweek:

🗓 Monday to Thursday
⏰8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
🍽 30-minute lunch break

However, offices whose functions involve the provision of essential public, health, and medical services, as well as those directly involved in disaster and emergency management operations, shall continue their regular operations and render the necessary services.

In accordance with Executive Order No. 009-s-2026, as provided in Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, please be informed that starting March 16, 2026, the Office of the City Civil Registrar will be open from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Starting March 16, 2026, the City Government of Dasmariñas will implement a compressed four-day workweek (Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) under Executive Order No. 009-s-2026. This follows the national government’s directive on energy conservation (Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026)

However, offices whose functions involve the provision of essential public, health, and medical services, as well as those directly involved in disaster and emergency management operations, shall continue their regular operations and render the necessary services.

Paunawa sa Publiko mula sa Tanggapan ng Punong Lungsod

Dahil sa sunud-sunod na reklamong natanggap ng aming tanggapan kaugnay sa ilegal na pangongolekta ng pera ng isang nagngangalang Mark Herrera, kapalit ng mga pekeng proyektong iniuugnay sa Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Dasmariñas, mahigpit naming pinag-iingat ang publiko.

Si Mark Herrera ay hindi binigyan ng anumang awtoridad o pahintulot ng aming tanggapan upang pumasok sa alinmang transaksyon na may kinalaman sa mga proyekto gaya ng konstruksyon ng Center Islands, pagbili ng bigas, at iba pa, gamit ang pangalan ng inyong lingkod, ng Sangguniang Panlungsod, o ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Dasmariñas.

Ang lahat ng lehitimong proyekto at programa ng pamahalaan ay isinasagawa lamang sa pamamagitan ng opisyal, malinaw, at dokumentadong proseso. Walang sinumang indibidwal ang awtorisadong mangolekta ng pera o humingi ng anumang bayad kapalit ng pag-apruba, pagproseso, o paglalaan ng proyekto.

Mananatili ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Dasmariñas na tapat, malinaw, at may pananagutan sa bawat Dasmarineño. Huwag magpalinlang at siguraduhing makipag-ugnayan lamang sa mga opisyal na tanggapan para sa anumang transaksyon.

Sa ngayon ay masusing pinag-aaralan ang mga kasong kriminal na maaaring isampa laban kay Mark Herrera.

In observance of Chinese New Year, the City Government of Dasmariñas will be CLOSED tomorrow, 17 February 2026 (Tuesday).

Regular office operations will resume on 18 February 2026 (Wednesday).

However, offices whose functions involve providing essential public services and are directly involved in disaster/emergency management operations shall continue with their operations and render necessary services.
