REMINDER:
Kapag nakapag sagot na po ay wag na magsasagot ulit sa form na ito, hayaan nyo po na makapag sagot ang iba para magkaroon din po sila. Give chance to others po.

📍 Venue: Via Verde Village Covered Court, Brgy. San Agustin 2, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite

✅ WHO CAN REGISTER?
• Grade 1 to Grade 6 Students
• Bona fide residents of Brgy. San Agustin 2
• Currently enrolled students for School Year 2026–2027

Interested students are encouraged to complete the registration form and provide accurate and complete information.

Isang matagumpay at makabuluhang “Zumba for a Cause” ang ating naisakatuparan dahil sa pagtutulungan at suporta ng bawat isa. 💚💃

Taos-pusong pasasalamat kay Madam Vivian Valerio, sa Barangay San Agustin II, at kay Kap Fer sa pagpapahiram ng sasakyan at venue na naging malaking tulong para maging maayos at matagumpay ang ating programa.
