Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) Seminar, with the same-day processing and issuance of the Student Permit. This will be conducted on MAY 16, 2026 (Saturday), at the LTO Felcris Toril office.

‼️We are only limited to 80 enrollees. To register, please come to the office and secure your slot for our Upcoming Seminar.‼️

WHAT: THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE SEMINAR and PROCESS OF STUDENT PERMIT
WHEN: May 16, 2026
WHERE: LTO FELCRIS TORIL OFFICE
TIME: 8:00 AM

Please bring the following requirements on the day of our Seminar this May 16,2026.

1. Application Form (to be provided at the LTO office)
2. Original and photocopy of PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate, or valid passport, or National ID
3. Original and photocopy of PSA authenticated Marriage Contract (for married women)
4. Medical Certificate (issued by an LTO-accredited clinic; available beside the LTO office at Felcris Toril)
5. Theoretical Driving Course Certificate (issued after the seminar)
6. Valid ID (Preferably Government Issued ID)
7. LTMS Portal registration (instructions will be provided after the seminar

For Minor Applicants (16 and 17 years old)
1. Parent Consent
2. Photocopy of Parent’s Valid ID (with signature)
