LOOK: Bishop Rod Cubos is at the 46th Grand Alumni Homecoming of the Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association, Inc. (PNPA’AAI), joining graduates of the academy from different generations in a gathering that celebrates service, leadership, and lifelong brotherhood.

Ang PNPA’AAI mao ang opisyal nga organisasyon sa mga graduates sa Philippine National Police Academy. Dinhi nagkahiusa ang mga alumni nga karon nag-alagad sa nagkalain-laing ahensya sa public safety sama sa Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), ug Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Ang Grand Alumni Homecoming usa ka importante nga okasyon diin mobalik ang mga alumni aron magkita pag-usab, magpalig-on sa panaghigalaay ug panaghiusa, ug maghinumdum sa ilang komon nga panaw sa liderato ug serbisyo publiko nga nagsugod sa akademya.

Ang presensya ni Bishop Rod Cubos nagpahinumdom usab sa kahulugan sa tinuod nga liderato—usa ka liderato nga dili lamang nakabase sa ranggo o awtoridad, kundili sa integridad, maayong baruganan, ug tinuod nga pag-alagad sa katawhan.

Kaniadto si Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew mismo miingon nga, ang Pilipinas adunay potential nga mahimong usa sa pinakadato nga nasud sa kalibutan.

Think about it — we have resources, a young and hardworking population, and a bigger land area than Singapore.

Sa Bisaya pa, dili lang titulo ang nakita sa uban, kundi ang kasing-kasing sa pagserbisyo. Ang pag-adto sa lain-laing lugar aron makig-uban sa mga komunidad ug magpaambit sa pulong sa Ginoo usa ka paagi sa pagpakita nga ang tinuod nga leadership makita sa buhat, dili lang sa pulong.

From different places across Mindanao and beyond, moments like these continue to remind people that ang paglaum ug pagtinabangay magpadayon kung adunay mga lider nga andam mu-serbisyo sa katawhan.
