Recognizing that resilient communities are the cornerstone of a disaster-resilient nation, the Department continues to empower local government units, communities, and stakeholders through enhanced governance, capacity development, and collaborative action. Together, let us cultivate a culture of preparedness and shared responsibility toward building safer, more adaptive, and disaster-resilient communities for every Filipino.
