The Department of Public Works and Highways XI (DPWH XI) and the Department of Agriculture XI (DA XI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on October 2, 2026, to implement Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) projects worth approximately โ‚ฑ872 million across the Davao Region.

DA XI Regional Executive Director Macario Gonzaga and DPWH XI District Engineers signed the agreement, with Assistant Regional Director Joweto V. Tulaylay serving as a witness.

The infrastructure projects span Davao del Sur, Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, and Davao
Oriental.

This partnership reinforces the agencies' commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality road networks that enhance rural connectivity and accelerate economic activity throughout the region.
