ANNOUNCEMENT | ID PROCESSING AND INSTITUTIONAL EMAIL REGISTRATION
To all First Year and Transferee students for the Academic Year 2025-2026, please be advised to fill out the form with your information to process your student identification card.

Note: The link will prompt you to sign in to your Google Account to navigate the portal. Please be careful as you encode your data, as the form only allows you to respond once.
Please also attach a clear copy of your COR, since this will serve as our basis for determining whether you are truly enrolled in this institution. Upload also your clear signature written on a clean sheet of bond paper as well as your formal photo with a white background to ensure quality and promising results. We will not process your ID card once the picture uploaded is not clear or pixelated.

Good news! 📢 We’re happy to share that our campus is now one of the beneficiaries of the DICT Free Wi-Fi for All. You can now enjoy free internet access at the canteen area — perfect for connecting, studying, or simply staying in touch!

As of now, this is the latest update regarding student ID cards:

1. ID processing is ongoing, but printing is temporarily on hold because the printer ribbon has not yet arrive.

2. No need to visit the office for follow-up — we will post an announcement once your ID is ready for release.

3. Don’t worry if you don’t have your ID yet — all gate guards and personnel are informed of the delay.

📌 You can also check your ID status online using the link provided. You’ll see whether your ID is:

(1) For printing
(2) Released
(3) Ready for release
(4) Or missing information

Bomb Threat - FALSE ALARM

ADVISORY on Bomb Threat Clearance|

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has confirmed that the recent bomb threat, which was sent via email, has been identified as a false alarm and a hoax. Other schools have also received similar threats, which have been verified as fake news by the PNP.

We would like to assure everyone that there is no immediate danger, and normal activities will continue.

Classes and office transactions will resume as scheduled on February 20, 2024.

In view of the year-end compliance and ICT system maintenance, please be informed that KCAST offices will be CLOSED on the following dates:

December 16, 2024 (Monday)- Year-End Evaluation, Outreach Activity to the IP Community dubbed as Project BALDE Year 4, & Christmas Party

December 17-20, 2024 -Updating of Records of the First Semester

December 23-January 03, 2025- Christmas Break and ICT System Maintenance

We encourage the public to transact your request on TOR, Certification, CAV and other requirements starting today December 02 to December 13 only.

Enrollment Period for the Second Semester is on: January 06-10, 2025
