The 2nd Pag'gubukan Festival is a meaningful gathering that honors the identity, artistry, traditions, and ancestral heritage of the Mandaya community. It is a time to celebrate unity, preserve cultural practices, and proudly share the beauty of Mandaya culture with the next generation and with visitors from near and far.

May this festival continue to strengthen our pride in our roots, inspire our young people to value our traditions, and remind us that our culture is a precious legacy passed down by our ancestors.

Strengthening partnerships for inclusive development. ⛰️

Our Indigenous Peoples (IP) community leaders gathered for their regular Monthly Meeting yesterday July 06, 2026 highlighting a vital collaboration with representatives from the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO).
The discussion focused on aligning upcoming projects with the needs of our ancestral domains, ensuring that progress moves forward hand-in-hand with cultural preservation and community welfare. Thank you to the PEO team and our tribal leaders for a productive meeting!

Yesterday, July 6, 2026, a Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) community consultation was successfully conducted in Barangay Limot. This crucial activity is part of the renewal process for the Community-Based Forest Management Agreement (CBFMA) application of LIMTRIMCO.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the community members, tribal leaders, and stakeholders of Brgy. Limot for their active participation and continued trust as we work together toward sustainable forest management and community empowerment.
