Ngayong araw, September 2, 2026, isinasagawa ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng Aglipay, Quirino ang isang benchmarking activity sa Bayan ng Diffun.

Ang mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan ng Aglipay, kasama ang kanilang mga staff, ay kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng benchmarking visit upang magkaroon ng palitan ng kaalaman, karanasan, at mga best practices sa lokal na pamamahala.

Malugod silang tinanggap ng Tanggapan ni Mayor May Garnace-Calaunan bilang bahagi ng kanilang benchmarking visit.

Patuloy na isusulong ng Lokal na Pamahalan ng Diffun ang pagbabahagi ng kaalaman, karanasan, at mga best practices sa local governance para sa mas mahusay at episyenteng serbisyo publiko

Notice are hereby given to the public that the Proposed Ordinance Enacting the Revised Market Code of the Municipality of Diffun, Quirino will be subjected to a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 3, 2026 1:00 O'clock P.M. at the Session Hall, Legislative Building, Local Government Center, Aurora East, this municipality.

All affected and interested parties are hereby enjoined to appear and present or express their views, comments and recommendations, whether for or against the enactment of such proposed ordinance during the public hearing.

𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐆𝐎 𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The Local Government Unit of Diffun, through the Office of the SK Federation President, in collaboration with the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) and the Municipal Population and Development Office, successfully conducted the Good Governance, Career Guidance & Employment Symposium on August 28, 2026, as part of the celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026.

With the theme “Empowering Youth. Building Careers. Strengthening Communities,” the symposium provided the youth with meaningful discussions and valuable insights on good governance, career development, leadership, and employment opportunities, helping them become more informed, prepared, and future-ready.

This activity was made possible through the leadership of SK Federation President Hon. Mark Angelo Gaudia and the steadfast support of Municipal Mayor Hon. May Garnace-Calaunan, highlighting the LGU's continued commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for the youth.

And the celebration doesn't stop here!

Following the symposium, the youth of Diffun are invited to LARO NG LAHI: “Laro. Tawanan. Samahan. Tradisyon” at the Ground Area, Balay Ti Umili, Local Government Center.

Ipinagmamalaki natin ang Municipality of Diffun na kabilang sa Top 30 LGUs sa Cagayan Valley na may pinakamababang poverty incidence, na may 9.0% poverty incidence batay sa datos ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Hindi lamang ito isang numero—ito ay patunay ng patuloy na pagsisikap, pagtutulungan, at mga hakbang tungo sa mas maayos na kabuhayan at mas magandang kinabukasan para sa ating mga Kailyan.

Mabuhay ang Bayang ng Diffun!

Patuloy nating pagtulungan ang pag-unlad at sama-samang itaguyod ang isang mas maunlad, matatag, at progresibong Diffun!
