On May 25, 2026, under the guidance of JSINSP EVERETT JUN S TEMBLOR, District Jail Warden, our ALS-Implementer JO1 Jevyn D Martinez, together with DepEd-ALS personnel, conducted ๐‘ณ๐’Š๐’•๐’†๐’“๐’‚๐’„๐’š ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’‘๐’‘๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐‘ท๐’“๐’๐’ˆ๐’“๐’‚๐’Ž ๐‘ถ๐’“๐’Š๐’†๐’๐’•๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ at the Divine Mercy Chapel.

This initiative aims to identify potential learners for the incoming School year 2026-2027, assess their literacy competencies, and orient them on the ALS program requirements.

More than a detention facility, DODJ is a place of hope, discipline, growth, and second chances, promoting education, livelihood, healthcare, sports, and spiritual enrichment for every PDL.

Under the leadership of District Jail Warden, JSINSP EVERETT JUN S TEMBLOR, JO1 Jevyn D Martinez and JO1 Romeo Jr. I Remonde, Alternative Learning System (ALS) Implementers of this Jail Unit, joined the ๐˜พ๐™ก๐™ช๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™š๐™ง 2 ๐˜ผ๐™‡๐™Ž ๐™๐™š๐™–๐™˜๐™๐™š๐™ง๐™จ ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™– 3-๐˜ฟ๐™–๐™ฎ ๐™Ž๐™š๐™ข๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ง on the Revised ALS Curriculum at The Ritz Hotel at Garden Oases, Davao City held on May 18-20, 2026.

The training, focused on mastering the updated Learning Standards, analyzing learner profiles, and contextualizing teaching strategies.
