March 31, 2026 - A meaningful and inspiring Graduation and Completion Ceremony was successfully conducted, bringing together graduates, completers, parents, faculty members, and distinguished guests in a celebration of academic achievement and new beginnings.
The program formally opened with the Processional, followed by the Entrance of Colors led by the DES Boy Scouts of the Philippines, the Philippine National Anthem, and an Opening Prayer through an audio-visual presentation. The ceremony continued with a Welcome Address delivered by Jessa E. Galasi (With Honors), warmly greeting everyone present.
The Presentation of Candidates for Graduation was led by School Head Angelica D. Fabrigas, followed by the Acceptance and Confirmation of Graduates by Schools Division Superintendent Dante G. Parungao, CESO V, represented through PSDS Raymundo R. David, Jr. The graduates were then formally recognized during the Distribution of Diplomas, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey.
Messages from key education leaders were also delivered, including the Secretary of Education, Juan Edgardo M. Angara; the Regional Director, Tolentino G. Aquino, CESO III; and the Schools Division Superintendent, Dante G. Parungao, CESO V-each emphasizing the value of perseverance, education, and service.
The highlight of the ceremony was the Inspirational Message from Guest Speaker Virgilio A. Sumineg Jr., LPT, who shared a powerful message:

Following this, a Certificate of Appreciation was awarded to the guest speaker. The Kindergarten completers then delighted the audience with their Opening Song, showcasing their talents and joy.
The ceremony proceeded with the Awarding of Academic Excellence and Special Awards, as well as the Awarding of Medals and Certificates of Recognition to Grade 1โ5 learners and school organizations, recognizing outstanding performance and contributions.
Expressions of gratitude were delivered by selected completers and graduates, followed by the State of the School Address by School Head Angelica D. Fabrigas. The ceremony also included the Completersโ and Graduatesโ Pledge of Loyalty, symbolizing their commitment to uphold the values instilled in them.
The event concluded with the Song of the Graduates, Closing Remarks from SPTA President Janelyn D. Barry, and the Recessional, marking the end of a memorable and significant celebration.
The ceremony not only celebrated accomplishments but also signified the beginning of a new journey-one filled with hope, determination, and endless possibilities.
