Alang sa tanan taxpayers na nanag iya ug mga real property o mga propiedad sama sa (land, building, ug machinery) amo ipahibalo kaninyo na adunay 20 (twenty) percent discount kung kamo mag advance ug bayad sa inyong mga amilyar o real property tax para sa tuig 2025, pursuant to section 251 of the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160).
Adto lamang kamo magbayad sa ato Municipal Treasurers Office arun makaavail sa maong 20 percent discount. Dili na kita maghulat na sunod tuig pa kita mubayad. Atong likayan para dili kita mapenaltihan arun dili mudako ang bayrunon sa atong mga propiedad.
Atong hinumduman na obligasyon kini nato isip mga tag iya/taxpayers sa mga propiedad nga mubayad kita sa amilyar o real property tax. Ingon pa sa panultihon "Taxation is the lifeblood of the nation."
