E-DALAW PROGRAM

San Jose District Jail, led by SJO4 Sherwin S Elajas, Officer-in-Charge, continues to implement the E-Dalaw Program to enable Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at Surigao del Norte District Jail to communicate with their loved ones through virtual means.

This program was established to offer a convenient and affordable way for families of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) from Province of Dinagat Islands to maintain family connections despite distance and location barriers.

E-Dalaw Program Schedule:
Monday – 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Friday – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

San Jose District Jail - led by SJO4 Sherwin S Elajas, Officer In- Charge attended the 2nd Quarter CY 2026 Joint Meeting of Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC)
and the Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC)

The meeting aimed matters concerning PPOC and PADAC, and collaborative efforts
among member agencies.
