The Office of the Provincial Election Supervisor – Province of Dinagat Islands headed by 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗹 𝗜𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗥. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗱-𝗕𝗲𝗴𝘆𝗮𝗻, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿, successfully conducted the 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, in 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮, 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, bringing together election officers and personnel in preparation for the upcoming BSKE 2026.

The conference served as a vital platform to harmonize plans, strengthen coordination, and ensure the effective and efficient conduct of the electoral process.

The conference also emphasized the importance of mental health awareness, recognizing that the well-being of election personnel is essential in delivering credible, orderly, and peaceful elections.

With unity and dedication, the Province of Dinagat Islands continues to move forward—ready, resilient, and committed to excellence in public service.

The Offices of the Election Officer across the Province of Dinagat Islands concluded the 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 for the 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗦𝗞𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

From 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, dedicated election personnel worked tirelessly to accommodate registrants and ensure that every eligible voter was given the opportunity to be part of the democratic process.

As we wrap up this important phase, we extend our sincere appreciation to all applicants, partners, and frontliners who contributed to the smooth and orderly conduct of voter registration.

𝗣𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗗 𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗢

Ipinababatid po sa lahat na pansamantalang 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗢 ang pagproseso at pag-isyu ng Voter’s Certificate sa Lunes, 18 May 2026, sa mga Opisina ng Election Officer (OEOs) sa buong bansa upang bigyang-daan ang huling araw ng voter registration. Magbabalik ang regular na operasyon sa mga OEO sa 19 May 2026.

Gayunpaman, 𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜 𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗞𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗢 ng suspensyong ito ang pagproseso at pag-isyu ng Voter’s Certificate sa COMELEC National Central File Division, FEMII Building, Extension Cabildo St., Intramuros, Manila. Mananatili itong bukas sa publiko sa Lunes, 18 May 2026, mula 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM.

📢 ADVISORY | VOTER’S CERTIFICATION

Please be informed that pursuant to the memorandum of the Commission on Elections, the issuance of Voter’s Certification will be temporarily suspended on the last day of Voter Registration, May 18, 2026 (Monday).

Processing and release of Voter’s Certification will resume on May 19, 2026 (Tuesday), the next working day.

We encourage everyone who needs their Voter’s Certification to process it ahead of time to avoid inconvenience.
