𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 || JOINT WATERWAYS CLEAN-UP DRIVE || April 11, 2026

Under the leadership of 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊 Acting Municipal Jail Warden, The Dinalupihan Municipal Jail, conducted a 𝙅𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙒𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣-𝙐𝙥 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚 helad at the Dam of Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Dinalupihan, Bataan.

The activity was conducted in collaboration with personnel from 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 (𝘿𝙅𝙈𝘿) 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙁𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 (𝘿𝙅𝙁𝘿), together with Barangay officials led by Brgy. Councilor Marlyn David.

This initiative reflects the continued commitment of participating units in supporting environmental protection and promoting a cleaner and safer community.

In line with the continuous efforts to promote reformation and livelihood opportunities for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), the 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙋𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙖 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 – 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝙀𝙏𝙎𝙊),, through the Hope Behind Bars Program led by 𝘿𝙧. 𝘽𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚 𝘽. 𝙂𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧, 𝙋𝙝𝘿, 𝙀𝙏𝙎𝙊 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 successfully conducted a 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚜 𝙴𝚗𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝚃𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚘𝚗 𝚅𝚎𝚐𝚎𝚝𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎 𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚌𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚐.

The activity was participated in by PDL and personnel of the Dinalupihan Municipal Jail, headed by 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊, 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣, in collaboration with the Balanga City Jail, headed by 𝙅𝘾𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝘿 𝘼 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝘼𝙋-𝘼, 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣.

The training covered the preparation of pickled ampalaya, pickled vegetables, and kimchi, equipping participants with practical knowledge and livelihood skills that can support their reintegration and productivity.

This initiative underscores the continued partnership in empowering Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) through sustainable programs on skills development and reformation, made possible through the coordination of Balanga City Jail.

The unit also extends its sincere gratitude to the Extension and Training Services Office (ETSO) for its invaluable support and contribution to the success of every Skills Enhancements Activity.

Under the leadership of 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊 Acting Municipal Jail Warden, the Dinalupihan Municipal Jail was honored by the visit of 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥 𝙈. 𝘾𝙧𝙪𝙯, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) Hermosa–Dinalupihan, Bataan, during his quarterly jail visitation.

The activity forms part of the judiciary’s mandate to ensure the proper condition, management, and welfare of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). It also strengthens coordination between the court and jail authorities in upholding justice and humane safekeeping.

In line with its commitment to reformation and reintegration, under the leadership of 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊, Acting Municipal Jail Warden, JO1 Jayvee Zuñiga, conducted a coordination and formally submitted a letter to the 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘼𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 (𝙏𝙀𝙎𝘿𝘼) 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 requesting the continuation of training programs for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) of this unit for the 3rd quarter of the current year.

This initiative aims to sustain the development of technical skills among PDL, providing them with opportunities for growth, productivity, and better reintegration into society. The unit remains committed to strengthening reformation efforts through continuous partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and other stakeholders.

Under the leadership of 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊, Acting Municipal Jail Warden, the Dinalupihan Municipal Jail extends its sincere gratitude to 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙀𝙮𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, headed by 𝘿𝙧. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙮 𝙏𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙤, a licensed optometrist, for conducting an eye consultation activity within the facility.

Both Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and Personnel of this unit benefited from the said activity, which aimed to promote eye health and support the early detection of vision-related concerns.

This initiative reflects the unit’s continued commitment to ensuring the well-being of both PDL and Personnel through the provision of accessible and quality healthcare services. The activity was successfully carried out in coordination with the BJMP Health Service Division.

As part of its continuous efforts to strengthen partnerships and promote sustainable programs, the Dinalupihan Municipal Jail actively engages with partner agencies in support of community-based initiatives.

In line with this, 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊, Acting Municipal Jail Warden, together with the personnel of this unit conducted a coordination meeting with 𝙈𝙨. 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙤, OIC – MENRO Dinalupihan, to explore collaborative efforts and initiatives beneficial to the unit, particularly on the updates regarding the donated logs from 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙨 (𝘿𝙀𝙉𝙍) intended for the construction of tables and cabinets for the facility.

This initiative highlights the unit’s commitment to building strong linkages and partnerships in support of effective jail management and development.

Under the leadership of 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊, Acting Municipal Jail Warden, the Dinalupihan Municipal Jail continues to actively support community-based initiatives and strengthen inter-agency collaboration.On April 6, 2026, This unit participated in the Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Local Government Unit of Dinalupihan.

In line with this activity, personnel conducted the distribution of 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙠 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝘼𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙩 (𝙉𝙏𝙁-𝙀𝙇𝘾𝘼𝘾) 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙉𝙤. 9262, and 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞-𝙑𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 2004 informational leaflets to Bayan ng Dinalupihan community, aimed at raising awareness on government programs and the protection of women and children.

This initiative reflects the unit’s commitment to promoting public awareness, community engagement, and support for programs that uphold safety, empowerment, and good governance.

In observance of Holy Week, the Dinalupihan Municipal Jail, under the leadership of 𝙅𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘼𝙉 𝙈 𝘿𝙀𝙇 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊, 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣, in collaboration with the Balanga City Jail, led by 𝙅𝘾𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝘿 𝘼 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝘼𝙋-𝘼, 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣, conducted a 𝙋𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣 with the participation of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) and personnel from both units.

The activity aimed to deepen spiritual reflection, strengthen faith, and encourage moral renewal among participants as they commemorate the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Through this meaningful religious activity, both units continue to support the spiritual well-being of PDL as part of their holistic reformation.
