Ang Unmodified Opinion ay ang opinyon ng auditor na ang financial statements ay fairly presented sa lahat ng material respects. Ibig sabihin, maayos ang pagkakagawa ng financial reports at ito ay sumusunod sa applicable accounting standards at reporting requirements.

Sinasaklaw nito ang pagiging tama ng pag-record, pag-classify, at pag-present ng financial information ng isang entidad batay sa mga audit procedures na isinagawa.
