On July 19, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Jose successfully conducted the distribution of educational financial assistance under the SK EduCASHyon 2026 Program.

A total of 30 qualified college student beneficiaries received financial assistance to help support their educational needs. This initiative reflects the SK's continued commitment to promoting accessible education and investing in the future of the youth of Barangay San Jose.

The Sangguniang Kabataan extends its sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to the successful implementation of this program. We also congratulate our beneficiaries and encourage them to remain dedicated to their studies and continue striving for academic excellence.

We are pleased to announce the 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 for the SK Educational Financial Assistance Program.

Requirements

To claim your cash assistance, please bring one (1) photocopy of each of the following:

✅ Voter's Certification
✅ Certificate of Registration (COR) or Certificate of Enrollment (COE)
✅ School ID

📌 Important Notice

Following the evaluation of all submitted applications, applicants whose names do not appear on the official list did not qualify based on the program guidelines. The common reasons include:

• The applicant was a third-year college student during Academic Year 2025–2026.
• The applicant failed to submit the required Voter's Certification and/or Certificate of Registration (COR) or Certificate of Enrollment (COE) for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026.

These guidelines were applied equally to all applicants to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the selection process.

Applicants who were not included in this batch are encouraged to 𝙬𝙖𝙞𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨.

💵 Claiming of Cash Assistance

Beneficiaries are 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙢 their cash assistance.

However, if a beneficiary is unable to attend due to an 𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣, an authorized representative who is an 𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 may claim the assistance on the beneficiary's behalf by presenting the following:

1. Authorization Letter signed by the beneficiary
2. Photocopy of the beneficiary's valid ID bearing three (3) signatures
3. Original valid ID of the authorized representative

⚠️ 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙.
