In line with the ๐ญ๐ด-๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ด๐ป ๐๐ผ ๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ด๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ ๐ช๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป (๐ฉ๐๐ช), the ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ conducted a two-part activity on 10 December 2025, at the Social Hall, New Executive Building, JP Laurel St., San Miguel, Manila.
Dir. Kristine Joy N. Llano welcomed the PCO personnel by emphasizing the importance of promoting safe and inclusive workspaces.
Atty. Allen led the morning and afternoon sessions, discussing key legal frameworks related to sexual harassment, including the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313) and the Anti-Sexual Harassment Law (RA 7877). Further, she highlighted the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI)'s crucial role in handling sexual harassment cases fairly, confidentially, and promptly. The sessions emphasized institutional mechanisms for ensuring accountability and protecting human dignity.
Through these initiatives, the PCO reaffirms its commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and gender-responsive environment toward a more inclusive Bagong Pilipinas.
