Ang aktibidad nagtutok sa partisipasyon sang pamatan-on sa pagdumala kag naghatag sang kahigayunan nga maeksperyensyahan nila ang pagpanguna kag pagserbisyo publiko.

Si Fhrea Ann H. Bebing bilang Little Mayor, samtang si Charles Vince S. Baylon bilang Little Vice Mayor. Ang mga Little Sangguniang Bayan Members amo sanday Raphael Precioso L. Palmaira, Fiona Mikaela C. Bandol, Vynice Faith E. De Emoy, Alliamor J. Tingson, Jerelyn D. Dela Cruz, Nyzel Kris P. Franco, Kurt Gian C. Valerio, kag Roselyn Kate B. Sobrevega.

May yara man sang iban nga katungdanan: si Vincent Claudio bilang Little Liga ng mga Barangay President, si Hannah Angelique B. Sausa bilang Little SK Federation President, si Khen P. Julia bilang Little Municipal Administrator, si Janiah Miel J. Amistoso bilang Little SB Secretary, si Danica Eunice Bensurto bilang Little Tourism Officer, kag si Chelsea Keisen R. Bautista bilang Little Municipal Health Officer (MHO).

Samtang ginahimo ang pag-assign, ang mga pamatan-on nga opisyal ginpahibalo man parte sa basic parliamentary procedure. Ini nga pagbansay nagtudlo sa ila kon paano magpatigayon sang miting, maghimo sang motion, kag mag-upod sa pormal nga deliberasyon. Mga pinalangga namon nga Estanciahanon, three days to go na lang! Join us, cheer for our participants, and together let us make the Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 more colorful and memorable. The countdown is on, the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation (SKMF) together with the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) proudly present the much-awaited Fun Run and Duathlon on August 23, 2025, 4:00 AM at the Municipal Plaza.

With the Memorandum Order of Hon. Ma. Angelica Bianca Requinto-Espinosa, Municipal Mayor of Estancia, we call on all Sangguniang Bayan Members, Municipal Offices, Barangay Officials, employees of the Municipal Government of Estancia, public and private schools, and local organizations and associations to actively support and participate in this meaningful event. Assembly time is set at 4:30 AM, with the Fun Run and Duathlon routes to be posted in the official publicity materials for guidance.

The Duathlon inclusions feature race kits with bib numbers and other items, hydration stations along the route, finisher’s medals and certificates, and exciting prizes for the top finishers. This event is more than just a race; it is a celebration of health, fitness, and sportsmanship, while also strengthening camaraderie and unity among the people of Estancia. Truly, the Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 is a time to come together, celebrate, and inspire one another.

Ginapangunahan sang Boy kag Girl little Mayor Fhrea Ann Bebing, upod si little Vice Mayor Charles Vince S. Baylon, ang bag-o nga pwersa sang kabataan nga nangin kabahin sang gobyerno lokal. Kaupod man nila ang mga little Sangguniang Bayan Members nga sanday Raphael Precioso Palmaira, Fiona Mikaela Bandol, Vynice Faith De Emoy, Alliamor Tingson, Jerelyn D. August 12, 2025 — Estancia, Iloilo
The search for the next batch of Boy & Girl Officials for Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 culminated on August 12, 2025, at the Estancia Legislative Session Hall, with 16 outstanding young leaders officially selected to represent various municipal positions. Four additional designations were also given to further recognize exemplary candidates.

The selection process was anchored on three main stages: Paper Screening (30%), Essay Writing (20%), and a Panel Interview (50%).

After the final deliberation, the top scorers were matched to positions that best suited their personalities and leadership styles. The Boy & Girl Officials 2025 are as follows:

• Mayor – Fhrea Ann Bebing

• Vice Mayor – Charles Vince S. Baylon

• Sangguniang Bayan Members: Raphael Precioso Palmaira, Fiona Mikaela Bandol, Vynice Faith De Emoy, Alliamor Tingson, Jerelyn D. Dela Cruz, Nyzel Kris Franco, Kurt Gian Valerio, Roselyn Kate Sobrevega

• Liga ng mga Barangay President/Ex-Officio SB Member – Vincent Claudio

• Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President/Ex-Officio SB Member – Hannah Angelique Sausa

Additional special designations were also given:

• Municipal Administrator – Khen P. Julia

• SB Secretary – Amistoso Janiah Miel

The final list was confirmed to be final and irrevocable.
SK Municipal Federation President Emmanuel Tingson expressed pride in the outcome, noting that every participant showed remarkable potential to lead, making the deliberation process both challenging and inspiring.
He further encouraged the newly appointed youth officials to uphold the trust placed in them and to serve as role models for the younger generation.

The Boy & Girl Officials Program is part of the annual Linggo ng Kabataan celebration, aimed at nurturing youth leadership, civic engagement, and public service readiness in Estancia.

Agosto 9, 2025 – Manari-sari nga talento ang nagpasundayag sa Estancia Municipal Plaza, nga gintambungan sang madamo nga tawo para makita ang abilidad kag kinaadman sang mga lokal nga performers sa ginpatigayon nga Paglaum Got Talent 2025 Auditions.
Gin-organisar ini sang Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation, nga ginpangunahan ni SKMF President/Ex-officio SB Member Hon. Emmanuel J. Tingson, SK Chairperson Hon. Josan Lusanco, SK Chairperson Hon. Jamil Lopez, Local Youth Development Office kag sa suporta sang aton Mayor’s Office nga gina dumala ni Municipal Mayor Hon. Ma. Angelica Bianca Requinto-Espinosa, Naghatag ini sang tsansa sa mga maanyag nga manog-kanta, manog-saot, kag iban pa nga performers nga magpakita sang ila abilidad agud makasulod sa Grand Finals.
Nagsugod ang programa sa opening ceremony kag pagpakilala sa mga hurado: Shaira Gail Ramos, Ronnie Amante, Josan Cabarles Lusanco, Carmelle M. Lacsi kag Jamil Lopez. Damgo kag talento ang ginpakita sang mga contestants sa entablado.
Natapos ang programa sa paghatag sang sertipiko sa mga hurado kag mga pulong sang pagpasalamat gikan sa mga organisador. Sa naga-palapit nga Grand Finals sa Agosto 22, excited na ang tanan kon sin-o ang mangin Paglaum Got Talent 2025 Grand Champion.
