Sample Requirement
Container: Sterilized sample bottles prepared by the laboratory.
Volume: Not less than 100mL.
Transport: Samples must be sent in a cooler containing an adequate amount of ice cubes with transport temperature of less than 8 degrees Celsius. The samples must not be frozen.

Process Flow:
1. Request for a schedule
2. Issuance of Charge Slip
3. Payment at the University Cashier
4. Issuance of sterile sample bottles
5. Sample Submission
6. Conduct of Analysis
7. Releasing of Test Results.
