The Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) has conducted an inspection and on-site validation on the proposed establishment of “Central Azucarera De San Agustin Manufacturing, Inc." at Barangay Calaocan, San Agustin, Isabela.
The validation team was headed by the OIC (Officer-in-Charge) Deputy Administrator for Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) at the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), Dr. Ma. Lourdes C. Almodiente, Mr. Joel G. Ronario, OIC-Chief Agriculturist for Research and Extension (RDE) Luzon and Mindanao, and Mr. Paul John P. Rico, OIC Mill District Officer of Isabela, were also present, with the assistance of Mr. Winston G. Evangelista, Isabela MDDCI President and Dr. Leonardo A. Mamuad, Vice President of IMDDC and likewise the chairperson of the East Isabela Agriculture Block Farm
