PADAGOS: A Learning Engagement for Not Attending School Children and Youth 📚✨

Naniniwala tayo na every child and youth deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and pursue their dreams.

Isinagawa ng DSWD – Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Municipal Links ang PADAGOS: A Learning Engagement for Not Attending School Children and Youth sa Barangay Harrison, Garchitorena, Camarines Sur, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Alternative Learning System (ALS).

Ang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ng Learning Management Team (LMT) sa ilalim ng Municipal Operations Office (MOO) of Garchitorena, na naglalayong muling mahikayat ang mga Not Attending School Children and Youth (NAS) na ipagpatuloy ang kanilang pag-aaral at muling makibahagi sa mga learning opportunities.

Sa isinagawang aktibidad, nagkaroon ng apat (4) na learning sessions para sa mga bata at kabataan, na nakatuon sa pagpapalawak ng kanilang kamalayan, pagpapalakas ng kanilang tiwala sa sarili, at pag-unawa sa kahalagahan ng edukasyon bilang susi sa pagkamit ng kanilang mga pangarap.

Kasabay nito, isinagawa rin ang session para sa mga magulang o guardian upang talakayin ang kanilang mahalagang papel sa pagsuporta sa edukasyon ng kanilang mga anak at sa paggabay sa kanila na ipagpatuloy ang kanilang mga pangarap sa buhay.

Sa pamamagitan ng PADAGOS, patuloy na pinagtitibay ng DSWD Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program, Department of Education at Alternative Learning System ang kanilang commitment na walang kabataan ang maiiwan sa pag-abot ng mas magandang kinabukasan.

PAGPAPATIBAY NG 4PS: 1ST QUARTER CASE CONFERENCE SA GARCHITORENA

Noong Hunyo 30, 2026 ay matagumpay na isinagawa ang 1st Semester Case Conference ng MOO Garchitorena sa LGU Conference Hall ng Garchitorena, Camarines Sur. Ito ay bilang bahagi ng 1st and 2nd Quarter activity ng MOO Garchitorena ngayong taon. Anim na Case Managers o Municipal Links ang nagbahagi ng kanilang mga kaso na nakatuon sa isyu ng Not Attending School (NAS), at kasama ang mga partner stakeholders ay tinalakay ang mga hakbang upang matugunan ito para sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan ng bawat bata.

Nagsimula ang pagpupulong ng 9:00 AM na dinaluhan ng mga panauhin mula sa iba’t ibang tanggapan tulad ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office sa pamumuno ni Ma’am Muriel S. Berunio, LCPC focal Ma’am Carren C. Sito, Municipal Police Station, mga g**o ng Alternative Learning System (ALS) na sina G. Loremar Alarte at Gng. Leedee Fernandez, at ang Office of the Municipal Mayor, G. Junel Bueza.

Ang aktibidad na ito ay naging posible dahil sa walang sawang suporta ng ating mga katuwang, lalo na ang malaking tulong ng Local Government Unit of Garchitorena sa lahat ng aktibidad ng 4Ps Program. Ang kanilang dedikasyon ay patunay na ang tagumpay ng programa ay nakasalalay sa matibay na ugnayan ng pamahalaan, mga g**o, kapulisan, focal persons, at komunidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng ganitong mga pagpupulong, mas napagtitibay ang layunin na maitaguyod ang edukasyon, mapalakas ang suporta sa mga pamilya, at masig**o na walang batang maiiwan sa paglalakbay tungo sa kaunlaran.

On July 1–2, 2026, the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of Garchitorena successfully conducted the validation and orientation of potential Set 14 D and E beneficiaries at the Municipal Covered Court.

The activity included document verification, interviews, and validation of household information to assess eligibility for the program. Participants were also oriented on the goals of 4Ps, its conditionalities, and the responsibilities of beneficiaries, including compliance with education, health, and Family Development Session (FDS) requirements.

For households that were unable to attend due to incomplete documents or personal circumstances, the Pantawid Pamilya Garchitorena Office remains open to assist them in completing their validation requirements.

Through this activity, DSWD, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Garchitorena, continues to uphold a transparent and inclusive implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, ensuring that qualified and deserving families receive the support they need.

May libre raw na aircon, kuryente, at may dagdag na Php8K para sa benepisyaryo ng 4Ps?

Sagot ni Mrs. Caring: HINDI TOTOO. ❌

Ang kumakalat na post sa Facebook at Threads ay AI-generated lamang na ang tanging intensyon ay magpakalat ng maling impormasyon. Walang programang nagbibigay ng libreng aircon, kuryente, at Php 8,000 ang alinmang ahensya para sa mga pamilyang 4Ps.

Para sa kuryente: hindi rin “libre para sa lahat.” Sa ilalim ng Enhanced Lifeline Rate Subsidy Program ng DOE at ERC, ang zero bill o 100% discount ay makukuha lamang ng kwalipikadong 4Ps at mahihirap na households na 0–50 kWh lang ang konsumo sa isang buwan.

At yung ₱8K? Wala pong ganung ayuda.

Ang natatanggap ng 4Ps ay conditional cash grants—nakabase sa pagsunod sa:
📚 Edukasyon (85% attendance ng bata)
🏥 Kalusugan (check-ups, bakuna, deworming)
👨‍👩‍👧 FDS (pagdalo ng magulang)
Ibig sabihin, walang compliance, walang grant.

Muling paalala, huwag basta-basta maniniwala sa mga nababasa, nakikita o napapanood online. Dahil may tamang tulong, sa tamang impormasyon.

Despite the unfavorable weather conditions, the Pantawid Pamilya Family Day was successfully held on December 6, 2025, guided by the uplifting theme “Tibay, Saya, at Pagmamahalan – Pamilyang 4P’s ’Yan! Together we thrive, together we shine!”

Families from eight barangays—Mainland Barangay 1, Barangay 2, Barangay 3, Barangay 4, Pambuhan, San Vicente, Toytoy, and Del Pilar—came together in a celebration that highlighted the resilience, unity, and unwavering spirit of 4Ps households.

The activity emphasized the true essence of family—a source of strength, hope, and unconditional support—especially as the Christmas season draws near. Despite the rain and cloudy skies, the joy of togetherness, the warmth of shared laughter, and the spirit of giving and gratitude shone even brighter.

This year’s celebration served as a reminder that Christmas is not only about festivities, but about nurturing connections, strengthening family bonds, and appreciating the love that holds every household together. The event showcased how 4Ps families continue to rise above challenges, inspire one another, and shine as a strong and united community.

PABATID: Nais ipabatid ng Pambansang Pamunuan ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) na magkakaroon ng pagbabago sa Monitoring Period ngayong Disyembre 2025.

Kaugnay nito, ang Period 6 (P6) 2025 monitoring period ay sasaklaw lamang ng Disyembre 2025, mula sa dating Disyembre hanggang Enero ng susunod na taon. Ibig-sabihin, ang halaga na matatanggap para sa P6 2025 ay katumbas lamang ng isang buwan na cash grants (Disyembre 2025), na inaasahang maibibigay sa Enero 2026.

Pinapaalalahanan din ang mga benepisyaryo na isagawa ang pagtalima or pagsunod sa mga kondisyon bago o hanggang ika-19 ng Disyembre upang mapasama sa payroll.

Samantala, ang cash grants para sa Enero 2026 ay isasabay sa Monitoring Period 1 ng 2026 na saklaw ang mga buwan ng Enero at Pebrero, alinsunod sa pagbabago sa monitoring period. Maglalabas ng kaukulang pabatid para sa mga detalye ng pagbabagong ito.

Ang pagbabagong ito ay bahagi ng inisyatibo ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at alinsunod sa direktiba ni President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. hinggil sa digitalization ng mga proseso ng pamahalaan para sa mas mabilis na serbisyo sa mamamayan.
