The event was an initiative of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines South Cotabato–General Santos City Chapter and was primarily attended by newly admitted lawyers and legal practitioners seeking to further develop their litigation skills.

The seminar focused on practical litigation strategies and the fundamentals of case preparation in both civil and criminal cases.
