Every registered birth is a step toward dignity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.

The Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar of Buenavista successfully awarded Certificate of Live Births on Security Paper (SECPA) to beneficiaries of the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) in Barangay San Nicolas, with a special focus on serving members of the Indigenous People (IP) community.

This initiative underscores the importance of ensuring that every individual is legally recognized and has access to the rights, services, and opportunities that begin with birth registration. Through BRAP, barriers to civil registration are reduced, bringing essential government services closer to those who need them most.

The Office extends its sincere appreciation to Punong Barangay Raymund Gatinao, Kagawad Marietta Fernandez, and Ms. Sharon Mesajon for their valuable support and collaboration in making this activity possible.
