Behind the remarkable achievements and milestones of the President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) lies the unwavering dedication and support of its HR professionals, who serve as one of the institution’s strongest foundations. From recruiting competent personnel, processing appointments and promotions, managing compensation and benefits, evaluating employee performance, to ensuring compliance with government civil service rules and labor laws, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) plays a vital role in sustaining the university’s operations and excellence.

Headed by Ms. Chryssa Mae F. Delos Reyes, the HRMO serves as the institution’s guiding force and support system, promoting balance among the needs of the faculty, non-academic personnel, and administration while ensuring that the university continues to function effectively and efficiently.

The Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office III announces the schedule of mobile services in Iba, Zambales.

Applicants are required to register online via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ in order to secure an appointment prior to proceeding to the said mobile service venues.

Clients are advised to secure the required Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) with Php 30.00 face value from their respective City/Municipality prior to proceeding to the appointment venue. This is necessary to facilitate the Application for Licensure Examination, Certification and Authentication transactions.

In support of the national government’s call for responsible energy use and resource efficiency per Memorandum Circular No. 114 (s. 2026), the President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) will implement a Compressed Workweek arrangement effective March 9, 2026 through OUP Memorandum No. 13, s. 2026.
This initiative aligns with government directives promoting energy conservation and flexible work arrangements while ensuring the continuous delivery of quality academic and administrative services to the university community.
Under this policy, PRMSU adopts a four-day onsite work arrangement complemented by online modalities and strengthened energy-saving practices across all campuses. The measure reflects the University’s commitment to sustainable operations, efficient resource management, and proactive institutional leadership in addressing current energy challenges.
