The Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office III announces the schedule of mobile services in Iba, Zambales.

Applicants are required to register online via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ in order to secure an appointment prior to proceeding to the said mobile service venues.

Clients are advised to secure the required Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) with Php 30.00 face value from their respective City/Municipality prior to proceeding to the appointment venue. This is necessary to facilitate the Application for Licensure Examination, Certification and Authentication transactions.

In support of the national government’s call for responsible energy use and resource efficiency per Memorandum Circular No. 114 (s. 2026), the President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) will implement a Compressed Workweek arrangement effective March 9, 2026 through OUP Memorandum No. 13, s. 2026.
This initiative aligns with government directives promoting energy conservation and flexible work arrangements while ensuring the continuous delivery of quality academic and administrative services to the university community.
Under this policy, PRMSU adopts a four-day onsite work arrangement complemented by online modalities and strengthened energy-saving practices across all campuses. The measure reflects the University’s commitment to sustainable operations, efficient resource management, and proactive institutional leadership in addressing current energy challenges.

Heads up, IMS Wellth Care-enrolled employees! Your Annual Physical Exam (APE) is coming up fast on February 18 & 19, 2026!

Key Details:

February 18, 2026:
Venue: PRMSU Main Campus (QA Accreditation Room, 2nd Floor, Quality Assurance Building)
For: Iba, Botolan, Masinloc, Candelaria, Sta. Cruz Campuses

February 19, 2026:
Venue: PRMSU San Marcelino Campus (Regional Mango Center)
For: San Marcelino, Castillejos Campuses

What to expect: Your APE includes a Physical Check-up, X-ray, Urinalysis, Fecalysis, and CBC.

Important Reminders:

✅ Don't forget to register for your PCU visit.
✅ Bring any prescriptions if you have existing medications.
✅ Have your HMO card ready.
✅ Please note: Blood extraction is strictly from 8 AM to 12 NN ONLY!

All permanent, temporary, and casual employees of the University are reminded to comply with the following mandatory submissions to the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO):

🔹 Sworn Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN)
All concerned employees are required to accomplish and submit their SALN Form for the period ending December 31, 2025.
Submission to the HRMO must be made on or before February 28, 2025, for initial review prior to endorsement to the proper repository.

🔹 Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Forms
• Submission of IPCR Forms covering the period July to December 2025 is hereby emphasized.
• Employees who were unable to submit their IPCRs for January to June 2025 are encouraged to submit the same to the HRMO.

🔹 Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
Employees who have not yet submitted their updated Personal Data Sheet are advised to submit the same immediately to the HRMO.
