Mural Painting Completed!

The City Government of Ilagan, under the leadership of Mayor Josemarie L. Diaz, extends its sincerest gratitude to Isabela State University–Ilagan Campus, through its Executive Officer, Engr. Cholo R Simon, and most especially to the talented Architecture students for sharing their creativity, skills, and passion.

The once-vacant DBP-side wall has been transformed into a vibrant work of art that adds color, character, and beauty to the City of Ilagan.

Thank you, ISU Architecture students, for helping make our city more beautiful! Your talent and dedication are truly appreciated.
