Empowering women of the Western Cluster through skills and opportunity ✨

The Ilagan Association of Women, headed by Federation Presient Trisha Marie Astadan-Diaz, in partnership with TESDA and MSTP, led by Sir Paul Bacungan, conducts this livelihood program that provides hands-on training in cosmetology, baking, and sewing—opening doors to sustainable income and brighter futures. 💪👩‍🍳👗💄

1. March 18-20 , 2026 – WESTERN CLUSTER

* March 18 – Cosmetology (Manicure, Pedicure)
* March 19 – Baking/Pastry (Malunggay Pandesal, empanada,
donut)
* March 20 – Sewing (Rag making/production)

2. April 9-10 , 2026 – POBLACION CLUSTER

* April 09 – Noodle Making
* April 10 – Skirting and Table Setting

3. April 15-17 , 2026 – NORTHEASTERN CLUSTER

* April 15 – Cosmetology (Manicure, Pedicure)

The City Civil Registrar’s Office – Ilagan, in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Isabela, successfully conducted the 2nd Civil Registration Congress on February 25, 2026 at the City of Ilagan Hotel and Convention Center, with the active participation of the ILAW Chapter Presidents.

Their presence reflects ILAW’s continued commitment to strengthening awareness and understanding of civil registration laws and updates, promoting informed leadership and empowered communities.
