With a heart dedicated to making a meaningful impact, Jonilyn uses her voice to champion the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Although this is her first pageant experience, Mecaila enters the Miss Dalipuga 2026 stage with confidence and the determination to make every moment count. She believes that true confidence comes from embracing who you are, daring to dream, and stepping beyond your comfort zone.
