Assistance to Start-up and Small Business to continue and strengthen their Business Operation (Business Stimulus Package)

When: December 28, 2023, 1pm-2pm
Where: Piddig Ghakki Center
Who: All Business Owners who will meet the Eligibility Criteria and not yet served by the Program

⭕Eligibility Criteria
1. ✅Micro enterprises that have severely impacted by economic challenges, natural disasters or other unforeseen events leading to financial distress.
2. ✅Micro-enterprise businesses owned by the following:
- Women
- poverty striken individuals struggling to meet basic needs
- Erderly
- Physically-challenged individuals
3.✅ The program prioritize small scale businesses engaged in:
- Manufacturing
- Handicrafts
- Retailers
- Services
4.✅ Micro-enterprise businesses must be operating within ilocos norte and the owner is bona fide resident of Ilocos Norte.
5. ✅ Micro enterprises business must undergo training and capacity building activities to enhance their skill and productivity.

Note: business owners who received MATAGINAYON and SARI-SARI STORE ASSISTANCE CY 2022 up to DEC 2023 shall not be accommodated.

⭕Requirements (2 copies each)
1. ✅ Letter of Intent Address to Governor Matthew Joseph Marcos Manotoc
2. ✅ Voter's ID/Certificate
3. ✅ Business Permit

Note: Applicants must undergo assessment interview.
