1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Both Parties) Photocopy, PSA/ Local Copy.
2. CENOMAR from PSA (Both Parties) not later than 3 months.
3. PRE- MARRIAGE COUNSELING (Every Thursday at RHU).
4. National ID/ Cedula
5. TREE PLANTING (Coordinate with MENRO)

*If 18-21 years old- Parental Consent ( Appearance of Parents)
*If 22-25 years old- Parental Advised (Appearance of Parents)

Additional Requirements- Bring Original Copy of CENOMAR/ Legal Capacity.

*For annulled applicants- Judicial Decree of Annulment.
*If Foreigner- Legal capacity to marry from your embassy here in the Philippines and passport.
*If Divorced- Approved Divorce papers/ Divorce decree.
*If widowed- Death Certificate of Deceased spouse.
*Affidavit of Cohabitation-
For Spouse living together for more than 5 years.
Both applicants must be 18 years old at the time of cohabitation.

Note: Appearance of both parties during application. And for more concerns and information, Please do visit the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar.

Deadline of filing of Application for Marriage License: November 27, 2025.

Our first would-be married couples to plant a tree at the Plant-A-Tree Community Plantation at Barangay Agaga.

This is compliance to Municipal Ordinance No. 2025-009, An ordinance mandating the planting of trees by would-be married couples in the Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Norte. This ordinance is known as ‘Kayo ni Ayat Ordinance’.
