CES Learners Elect New SELG Officers

Calungboyan Elementary School successfully conducted its Supreme Elementary Learners Government (SELG) Election on February 6, 2026, providing learners firsthand experience in this democratic process within the school community.

The activity aimed to develop leadership, responsibility, and civic awareness among pupils as they exercised their right to vote and select their student leaders. Learners from grade 2 to 6 participated enthusiastically, demonstrating discipline, cooperation, and respect throughout the election process.

The election was carried out in an orderly and transparent manner under the guidance of the SELG adviser Mrs. Luzdeldia B. Parel and the election committee. Proper procedures were strictly observed to ensure fairness and to help learners understand the importance of honesty and accountability in leadership.

The following learners were officially elected as SELG officers for the school year:
