JOINT GSP & BSP SCHOOL ENCAMPMENT 2026

Last August 15, 2026, our school came alive with teamwork, friendship, and the true spirit of scouting as we held our Joint Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) and Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) School Encampment!

The encampment was a wonderful opportunity for our young scouts to develop leadership, discipline, teamwork, self-reliance, and love for community and nature. Through exciting activities, challenges, and shared experiences, our scouts learned valuable lessons that go beyond the classroom.

A heartfelt thank you to our school principal, teacher-scouts, GSP and BSP leaders, parents, and all our supportive stakeholders who made this meaningful activity possible. Your guidance and support helped a lot in making the encampment a memorable experience for everyone.

To all our GSP and BSP scouts, may you continue to live by the spirit of scouting—be prepared, be responsible, be helpful, be a good example and service to others.

One school. One scouting family!

The Manuel L. Quezon Elementary School has successfully conducted its Learning and Development (L&D) Session on July 29, 2026, 3:30 PM at the L&D Room and actively participated by all its committed teachers.

In the session, the DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026: The Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading System, and Awards and the Recognition for the K to 12 Basic Education was expertly facilitated by our indefatigable Public Schools District Supervisor, Madam Maila Jaca-Suplido whose invaluable insights and guidance deepened the participants' understanding of the revised classroom assessment and grading policies under the new three-term curriculum.

Under the dynamic leadership of our Principal II, Ma'am Matilde E. Farinas, the teachers were enthusiastically engaged in meaningful discussions and hands-on workshop activities demonstrating their commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence in teaching.

Indeed, this meaningful learning and development activity equipped us educators with updated knowledge, practical strategies, and strengthening our capacity to effectively implement the Department of Education's revised classroom assessment and grading system and ensuring quality, fair, and learner-centered assessment for every child.
