MOST WANTED PERSON (TOP 2 PROVINCIAL LEVEL) FOR THE CRIME SEXUAL ASSAULT TO RA 7610 ARRESTED IN JORDAN, GUIMARAS

LOOK: Service of Warrant of Arrest was conducted at 3:12 PM of October 5, 2026 in Jordan, Guimaras resulting in the arrest of alias Ric Ric, male, 23 years old, single, Laborer and a resident of Jordan, Guimaras for violation of Republic Act No. 7610, otherwise known as the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.

Joint elements from Jordan MPS led by PLT NICK GALLEGO, OIC, Jordan MPS (lead unit) together with GPPO PIU, GPMFP and RIU 6 PIT Guimaras conducted manhunt operation which resulted to the arrest of the above-named wanted person for having a standing Warrant of Arrest for Sexual Assault (2 counts) issued by the Assisting Judge, Branch 65, Sixth Judicial Region, Jordan Guimaras dated September 30, 2026, with bail recommended fixed at Php 120,000.00 each for his temporary liberty.

The arrested person was informed the cause of his arrest and appraised of his constitutional rights under the Miranda Doctrine and Anti-Torture Act of 2009 in a dialect known and understood by him. At present, the arrested person is under the custody of Jordan personnel for proper disposition and further legal proceedings.

WANTED PERSON ARRESTED IN BUENAVISTA, GUIMARAS FOR VIOLATION OF B.P. 22

LOOK: Service of Warrant of Arrest was conducted at 8:31 AM on October 6, 2026 at Brgy. Agsanayan, Buenavista, Guimaras resulting in the arrest of alias Joewie, male, 43 years old, married, for Violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (B.P. 22), Otherwise Known as the Bouncing Checks Law.

Operatives from Buenavista Municipal Police Station, led by PMAJ MA JONA S CASONO, Acting Chief of Police (Lead unit), conducted a manhunt operation that resulted in the apprehension of the above-named wanted person by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued and signed by presiding the Judge, MTC, Branch 65, National Capital Judicial Region, Makati City dated July 7, 2026, which resulted in the arrest of the above-mentioned named other wanted person. The bail bond for the release is fix at Php 1,000.00 for his temporary liberty.

The arrested person was informed the cause of his arrest and appraised of his constitutional rights under the Miranda Doctrine and Anti-Torture Act of 2009 in a dialect known and understood by him. He was subsequently brought to Buenavista MPS for proper disposition.
