Congratulations, Ma'am Elizabeth "Abet" Sol, Owner of Arceta-Sol Agricultural Learning Center, and Farm Partner of the ATI's Youth Internship Program on Organic Agriculture (YIPOA), as one of the recognized "PILLAR FOR COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT" during the Agricultural Training Institute's 39th Founding Anniversary Celebration.

The award was given last February 6, 2026 at ATI-RTC VI, Banga, Aklan.

The Municipality of Leganes, under the leadership of Mayor Vicente P. Jaen II, proudly celebrates the 4th Semana sang Mangunguma kag Mangingisda 2025 with the theme: "Kasiguraduhan sa Bastante nga Pagkaon, Mga Mangunguma kag Mangingisda, Pasidunggan Naton."

Farmer Associations from various barangays actively participated in the opening program, showcasing their creativity through vibrant float designs and the presence of their muses. The celebration was made even more special by the attendance of esteemed guests from various National Government Agencies, Sangguniang Bayan Member Niño Vincent Vallejo, and Mayor Vicente P. Jaen II, who all delivered heartfelt messages honoring the dedication and contributions of our farmers and fisherfolks.
