PUBLIC ADVISORY
Effective July 20, 2026, the Municipality of Pototan will implement a new office work schedule pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 and Executive Order No. 83, s. 2026.

Office hours will be Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Work From Home every Friday. This arrangement shall remain in effect until the memorandum is lifted.

Essential offices, including the MHO, MDRRMO, MENRO, Public Market, and Traffic Enforcement Unit, will continue their regular operations to ensure uninterrupted public service.

The public is advised to take note of the updated schedule when planning transactions with the LGU. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pulong-pulong Sa Barangay 2026

The Municipal Treasury Office of Pototan successfully held a community meeting on the ongoing Tax Amnesty Program under the RPVARRA Law in the following Barangays last from April 27-30, 2026.

This Pulong-pulong was spearheaded by our Acting Municipal Treasurer, Ms. Seana Mae Belasa, together with Ms. Rona S. Paraba, Real Property Tax Focal Person. Also, the sessions were enriched by the presence of personnel from the Municipal Assessors Office, Department of Agrarian Reform, and the Provincial Treasury Office, Mr. Nicolas "Jun" Minsalan VI, who provided clear explanations and guidance on compliance and legal obligations of our taxpayers. Notices of delinquency were also distributed during the said event.

We extend our gratitude to our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Rafael Enrique P. Lazaro for the support, to our resource persons for sharing their expertise, to the Punong Barangays, Barangay Officials and our taxpayers for joining us.

Together, we continue to strengthen transparency, accountability, and unity in fulfilling our responsibilities for the progress of our barangay.

In line with Holy Week, the Municipality of Pototan will implement a work from home arrangement tomorrow, April 1, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. Work is suspended from 12:00 in the afternoon onwards.

Essential services will remain operational.
