✅ NTA and/or ULPI ID
B. IF THE BENEFICIARY IS DECEASED:
📄 Death Certificate
📄 Proof of relationship (submit in this order):
• Spouse – Marriage Certificate
• Eldest Child – Birth Certificate
📄 Valid ID of the claimant
📄 Valid ID of the deceased (if available)
C. IF THROUGH AUTHORIZATION (discouraged but allowed):
✍️ Signed Authorization Letter from the beneficiary
🪪 Original ID of the person giving authority

LGU GAMU CONDUCTS GAS PRICE MONITORING

March 13, 2026 – The Local Government Unit of Gamu, led by Municipal Mayor Atty. Xian-Al Defensor A. Galanza, CPA, CRB, conducted a gas price monitoring activity within the municipality to ensure compliance with existing regulations on fuel pricing.

The activity was carried out through the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Municipal Treasury Office, and Municipal General Services Office (MGSO), in coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP).

The monitoring aimed to ensure that fuel prices among gasoline stations are properly posted and in accordance with prevailing regulations, while promoting transparency and protecting consumers from possible overpricing.

To further strengthen compliance, the LGU will conduct daily inspections of gasoline stations within the municipality.

The LGU Gamu remains committed to safeguarding the welfare of the public by continuously monitoring business establishments and promoting fair and lawful trade practices.
