The CSC and ACHRMP conducted a Year-End Assessment and Strategic Planning on December 17, 2025 hosted by the Metro Kalibo Water District.

The participants were welcomed by Engr. Reigner A. Rebaldo, Department Manager of Engineering and Operations Department representing the General Manager, Engr. Lydio Ureta.

CSC updates were discussed by the Director II of CSC Aklan Field Office, Dir. Regin T. Argulla, DPA together with Mr. Ferdinand R. Macogue, Supervising HR Specialist.

Ms. Airen Alag, ACHRMP President and Dr. Marlon Nabartey, ACHRMP Vice President facilitated the Year-End Assessment and Strategic Planning. Afterwhich, the council elected the new set of council officers FY 2026-2027.

As a concluding activity, Mr. Joshua Aaron, ACHRMP Secretary and Ms. Kristine Grace Marabe facilitated the Christmas Party Games, Exchange Gift and the Raffle Promo.

Big thanks to the CSC and council officers and members for their cooperation, dedication and invaluable contributions in helping the Aklan government agencies achieve the goals of PRIME-HRM and especially in being an effective HR practitioner!

The Aklan Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners in partnership with the Civil Service Commission - Aklan Field Office conducted the CSC - ACHRMP Meeting at the Municipality of Makato, Aklan on October 23, 2025 through the LGU Makato's effort and dedication to host this month's council meeting.

It also served as an opportunity to formally and warmly welcome the new Director II of the CSC Aklan Field Office, Dir. Regin Tumbagahan Argulla, DPA to the officers and members of the council.

Together with Dir. Argulla, Mr. Ferdinand R. Macogue, HR Specialist discussed the updates on CSC Matters and the next steps of the commission.

Ms. Airen Alag, ACHRMP President also presented the important matters and updates to the council.

Again, we are warmly welcoming the new CSC Aklan FO Director II, Dr. Regin T. Argulla to the Province of Aklan!

ACHRMP attended the 2025 Regional HR Leaders Summit in Iloilo City last September 16-17, 2025!

An annual event conducted by the Civil Service Commission Regional Office VI and participated by various HR professionals from the provinces under the region.

This year, the event focused on Empowering Human Resource Practitioners by Embracing Inclusion and Harnessing Innovations.

Congratulations to the CSC RO VI for the successful event and Mabuhay to all the participants! Happy 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.. ❤️💙🇵🇭

The Aklan Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners led by the Council President, Ms. Airen Gala and Vice President, Dr. Marlon Nabartey conducted the kick off activity for the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary Celebration with a theme, "Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan” in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan last September 4-5, 2025.

The event was participated by the HR practitioners of the different government agencies under the Province of Aklan in coordination with the Civil Service Commission - Aklan Field Office headed by Mr. Ferdinand Macogue, OIC/ Chief Human Resource Specialist.

Special thanks to the LGU Malay and HR Office through Ms. Dinky Paloma Maagma, MGDH and Hon. Mayor Floribar S. Bautista for facilitating this meaningful and joyful ACHRMP event. Likewise to the ACHRMP Officers and members for their time and effort that made this celebration a success!
