Some residents of Villa Clementa Subdivision, Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte, were rescued last night by BFP and MDRRM responders as the flood water rose to critical level caused by the traught of tropical depression.
This was thru the leadership of Municipal Fire Marshal FSINSP MELVIN M ESPORSADO with the guidance of Provincial Fire Marshal FSUPT RODOLFO B ALOCELJA under the supervision of Regional Director FSSUPT RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, MPSM, DSC.
The recorida was conducted by Kapalong firefighters at Barangay Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte last night to warn the residents from the possible flood due to continuous rising of water level resulted from the traught of tropical depression.
