In support of the celebration of the 77th Araw ng Kapatagan, the PSA–Lanao del Norte National ID Team conducted a two-day mobile registration activity on July 7–8, 2026, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Kapatagan and the Municipal Civil Registrar's Office.
During the activity, the National ID Team delivered various frontline services, including the registration of 318 new applicants, correction of demographic information for 32 clients, issuance of 108 National IDs in paper format, re-registration of 5 clients, and retrieval of 108 Transaction Reference Numbers (TRNs). The initiative enabled residents to conveniently avail of National ID services within their municipality, eliminating the need to travel to the Fixed Registration Center.
The activity further strengthened the partnership between the PSA, the Local Government Unit of Kapatagan, and the Municipal Civil Registrar's Office in promoting accessible, efficient, and people-centered National ID services for the community.

In celebration of the 77th Araw ng Kapatagan, the Municipality of Kapatagan, in coordination with the PSA PhilSys Registration Team, invites all residents to avail of National ID Registration and Biometric Capturing.

Date: July 7, 8, 9 & 10, 2026
Venue: LCR Office, Municipal Bldg., Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte

Important Reminders:

* Please bring any valid ID, Birth Certificate, and/or Marriage Certificate, whichever is applicable, to facilitate the registration.
*For ages 0-5 years old, Birth Certificate is required and national id of parent/guardian.
*Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Register today and be part of a more inclusive and secure national identification system.
