On June 03, 2026, the Joint Inspection Team (JIT), composed of representatives from the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO), Municipal Health Office (MHO), Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Kapatagan Fire Station, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), Municipal Economic Enterprise and Development Office (MEEDO), and the Philippine National Police (PNP) – Kapatagan, conducted a joint inspection in Barangay Butadon, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte

The inspection activity was conducted to ensure that all business establishments comply with local laws and regulatory requirements. Several establishments were found to have complete and valid permits, while others lacking the necessary documents were advised to secure and update their permits to avoid penalties and ensure continuous business operations.

The Joint Inspection Team expresses its sincere appreciation to Municipal Mayor Beth Baguio-Ali, Municipal Vice Mayor Barry Y. Baguio, and the barangay officials and personnel of Barangay Butadon for their support, cooperation, and assistance throughout the activity. Their efforts greatly contributed to the success of the inspection.

LOOK 👀 | Ang Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) naghimo karon og inspection sa atong lungsod sa Kapatagan aron masiguro nga nagsunod ang tanan sa balaod sa negosyo. Gi-tsek sa mga inspektor ang rehistro sa matag establisemento. Kadtong mga negosyo nga nag-operate nga expired na ang mga dokumento daling gihatagan og notice for compliance of business permit sa opisina. Kini nga notice nagsilbing pormal nga warning nga nagmando sa mga tag-iya sa negosyo nga i-renew dayon ang ilang mga business permit sulod sa gihatag nga panahon. Kon mapakyas sila sa pagbuhat niini, mahimo silang mag-atubang og legal nga aksyon, sama sa pagpasira sa ilang negosyo o pagbayad og dako nga multa."

On May 14, 2026, the Joint Inspection Team (JIT), composed of representatives from the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO), Municipal Health Office (MHO), Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Kapatagan Fire Station, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), Municipal Economic Enterprise and Development Office (MEEDO), and the Philippine National Police (PNP) – Kapatagan, conducted a joint inspection in Barangay Bansarvil, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte.

The activity aimed to ensure that all business establishments are operating in compliance with local laws and regulations. During the inspection, several establishments were found to have complete and updated permits, including business permits, sanitary permits, building permits, and fire safety certificates. However, some micro to medium enterprises were noted to be non-compliant and were properly advised to secure the necessary permits.
